Situated in the
beautiful Bansko resort, our apartment is located in the south-westerly region
of Bansko called “Gramadeto”, between the old town and the Pirin Mountains
and situated opposite the Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel.
This area is one of the most exclusive locations in Bansko.
The apartment is
located less than 50m away from the main ski run
and less than a two minute walk from the main Gondola,
subject to snow, you are able to ski "to and
from"
the
front
door, the
apartment is also a short walk away from
the charming medieval town, which includes many restaurants and bars.
The local
amenities include; skiing, ice-skating, sledging and snow boarding with a large number of ski
schools to choose from,
including the official ski school which operates a children’s ski school
offering both indoor and outdoor activities dependant on the weather. Ski Hire, Ski
clothing and equipment shops are close by too.
Rental is available all year round, especially ideal for skiing between December and March. For all other times of the year there is plenty to do, Bansko is a world heritage site. This purpose built, all season resort, is very popular with walkers and bird watchers. It also offers golf courses, horse riding, mountain biking and fishing.
The
Apartment
Our south
facing apartment is fresh, bright and spacious, sleeping 6 comfortably, with a
separate balcony providing spectacular views of the Pirin mountains. For larger
parties, additional accommodation can be arranged all within a 5-minute walk of
the Gondola.
The Apartment is newly furnished by ourselves to include all the luxuries of home, including a TV, DVD/CD player and MP3 player (USB lead required), we have even supplied a hairdryer and iron for your convenience.
In the
basement, you have secure access to your very own private
ski wardrobe, which can be used to store hiking gear in the
summer. There is also a Lift, Sauna, Jacuzzi,
a gym, coffee shop, restaurant, laundry room and recreation area.
The building is covered by 24hour security and video
surveillance
